What is a neurocognitive assessment?
A neurocognitive assessment measures brain function non-invasively.
At Minnesota Personalized Medicine, we use the computer-based CNS Vital Signs test to assess important aspects of cognition: attention, memory, language, reaction time, perception, and more.
What does the assessment entail?
CNS Vital Signs is a computer-based assessment that you can do in the comfort of a quiet space in our clinic. It typically takes about 45 minutes to complete.
CNS Vital Signs is the scientifically-validated, internationally-respected, non-invasive means to quickly and objectively assess a broad spectrum of brain functions.
This neurocognitive assessment is one element of the adjunctive evaluation that MPM can do for persons with neurodevelopmental disorders including autism and ADHD/ADD, as well as neurodegenerative, neuropsychiatric, and neuro-traumatic disorders.

What is the cost involved?
The neurocognitive assessment using CNS Vital Signs is $100 the first time a patient takes it.
Any additional CNS Vital Signs assessments are $75 each.
