Lab Specialist Runs 10-Mile in Memory of Beloved Nephew

We are proud to support our Lab Specialist Sinoun (Tep) Everson as she runs 10 miles in the 2023 Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon in memory of her beloved nephew Rhoenan.

Rhoenan lost his battle with DIPG (diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma) in September 2022 when he was only 7 years old.

Sinoun will be raising money for the National Brain Tumor Society.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

“Losing Rhoenan was the hardest thing my family has ever experienced. Research and any type of support for families battling or (having) lost a loved one to a brain tumor is so valuable,” said Sinoun.

As a lab specialist who can put our patients at ease even in the most challenging of circumstances, Sinoun is an integral part of the care that we provide at Minnesota Personalized Medicine. We are proud to support her and her family.

The 2023 Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon takes place the weekend of September 29-October 1.
